When everyone is talking about shrinkage, Troost Transport is expanding. Recently the 55th Volvo has been delivered by the dealer Bluekens Volvo trucks.
After Arie and Cockie Troost established Troost Transport in 1990 –from a bedroom equipped as office and one Volvo- they could never have expected that it would grow to be a transport company with 80 trucks, that drive through entire Europe daily, to even far in Eastern-Europe. Against the oppression the undertaking has grown to be a mid- sized transport company in the Netherlands. The plan is to expand the company even further the coming years.
In the second quarter of 2015 a new concept has been introduced by Volvo/Renault, for which, in the first instance, 3 new trucks have been placed at Troost.
Troost Group figures in national TVM insurances campaign
Since 2013 the vehicle fleet of Troost Group is insured through Hans Meijer Advies at TVM Insurances, which is the biggest truck insurer in the Netherlands. This makes Troost Group a big customer for TVM Transport. When TVM Insurances and Hans Meijer asked if we wanted to put a picture available for a national commercial campaign, in the professional journals on transport- and insurance area, we chose for one of the gorgeous truck/trailer combinations of our company.
With that a beautiful compilation is made, that shows symbolically that a bridge is being built in cooperation with the client, insurance mediator and insurance company.
